Day 215, Morning

Today’s morning meditation is available below in audio and script formats. The audio version is also available for free download on the player.

Reading

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be God’s people, and God will be with them. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

—Revelation 21 (NT)

Stillness

As your day begins, spend a few moments in stillness.

Dwelling

Be reminded that you are in God’s presence and read again. Notice how God might be speaking to you through the words. Dwell on a word or phrase that jumps out at you, and let your heart respond to God in silent prayer.

Affirmation

God’s dwelling place is with me.

God’s dwelling place is in me.

I am a child of God.

I am a child of God.

I am a child of God.
